These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of RiseHQ’s website, services, bookings, and breathwork sessions. By accessing our website or participating in any RiseHQ session, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

RiseHQ offers the following services:

• Private 1:1 9D Breathwork Sessions
• 9D Breathwork Group Sessions
• Private Group Breathwork Sessions (custom groups, corporate, team, family, or friends)
• 12‑Week Transformation Programs (structured multi‑week personal development journeys)

Services are delivered at: 21 Brodie Street, Rydalmere NSW 2116 OR At your location, if arranged and approved in advance.

To participate in any RiseHQ session, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old, OR have written parental/guardian consent
• Complete all required forms honestly (including health and contraindication forms)
• Not be under the influence of drugs or alcohol

RiseHQ reserves the right to refuse participation if safety concerns arise.

9D Breathwork is a powerful modality. By participating, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You are responsible for your own physical and emotional wellbeing
• You have disclosed all relevant medical conditions
• You will follow facilitator instructions at all times

RiseHQ is not liable for injuries, emotional responses, or outcomes resulting from participation.

All participants must complete:

• A waiver and release form
• A health and contraindication form

These must be completed before attending any session.

Failure to complete required forms may result in cancellation without refund.

All payments must be made:

• At the time of booking, unless otherwise stated
• Through approved payment methods on our website or booking platform

For programs offering payment plans:

• Payments may be split into three instalments
• All instalments must be paid by Week 5 of the program
• Missed or late payments may result in removal from the program

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD). RiseHQ reserves the right to update pricing at any time.

Participants must:

• Treat facilitators and other participants with respect
• Maintain a safe and supportive environment
• Follow all instructions and guidelines

RiseHQ may remove any participant who behaves inappropriately or disruptively.

All content, audio, materials, branding, and session structures are the property of RiseHQ or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any materials without written permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• RiseHQ is not liable for injuries, emotional responses, or damages arising from participation
• You participate voluntarily and accept full responsibility for your wellbeing

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights under Australian Consumer Law.

RiseHQ may update these Terms at any time. The updated version will be posted on our website with a revised “Last Updated” date.

By booking a session with RiseHQ, you agree to:

• Provide accurate personal and health information
• Pay in full at the time of booking (unless on a payment plan)
• Arrive on time for your scheduled session

Your booking is confirmed only once payment is received.

• Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the session: ✔ You may reschedule to another available session
• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the session: ✘ No refund or reschedule available

• Failure to attend a booked session without notice results in: ✘ No refund ✘ No credit

• Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the session: ✔ You may reschedule
• Cancellations made within 48 hours: ✘ No refund

Sessions cannot be extended beyond the scheduled time. Arriving late may reduce your session duration.

Private group bookings require:

• Full payment at the time of booking
• At least 72 hours’ notice for cancellations or changes

Cancellations within 72 hours are non‑refundable.

For programs offering payment plans:

• Payments may be split into three instalments
• All instalments must be completed by Week 5
• Failure to complete payments may result in removal from the program

Programs are non‑refundable once commenced.

RiseHQ may cancel or reschedule sessions due to:

• Facilitator illness
• Safety concerns
• Venue issues
• Low attendance

If RiseHQ cancels a session:

• You may reschedule OR
• Receive a full refund

Bookings may be transferred to another person only with prior approval from RiseHQ.

Refunds are only provided in accordance with:

• This policy
• Australian Consumer Law

Change of mind is not a valid reason for a refund.
